Divorce costs and fees
Our rates are highly competitive due to our main office location at the borders of Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, and executive office in central Reading. Many clients come to us from further afield and overseas too, for our winning combination of City expertise and empathetic approach. You’ll also appreciate our upfront, transparent charges.
No fault divorce
The law on divorce is changing. Under the new Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Bill (currently going through parliament), couples will be able to divorce without the need to allocate blame, as in the current system. We will keep you informed as this so-called “no fault” bill progresses towards becoming law, ensuring that you receive the most accurate, up to date information. Please note this bill is not going to create a ‘quickie’ divorce process for the UK – see our latest articles for more details.
Fixed fee divorces
We know how important it is to be able to properly budget for your divorce. We offer a fixed fee option for straightforward divorce cases where appropriate. For more complex and high worth cases involving children, we will provide an estimate for our bespoke service.
