National magazines
Our August highlight is Managing Director Rita Gupta featuring in the September edition of Red, a glossy national lifestyle magazine with an emphasis on “positive reads” as well as beauty, home and fashion.
Rita contributed her thoughts to “The comeback plan”, an enlightening article on how to “get your work mojo back” after a career setback. Author Antonia Taylor asked Rita for tips on building contacts.
“Relationships are the through-line. Think strategically about how to nurture new and existing relationships. Research 10 new prospects a day, make time to connect with them. Check in on former clients. Ask for introductions. Show you care. Let people know you’re out there, so you’re front of mind when they’re ready to do business again.”
LGFL also now have a regular feature in Stay Connected digital magazine. Created during lockdown, this interactive online-only magazine is a good read that is also beautifully designed with great graphics. Read Rita’s article “Private Struggles” on pages 20-21.

Rita popped up on BBC Radio Berkshire during lockdown, describing how LGFL had quickly changed from an in-person based business to an effective remote family law service.
