WE DID IT AND RAISED £646 IN THE PROCESS FOR AN AMAZING CAUSE!
On Sunday 20th July 2014, Team LGFL, complete with their youngest recruit, Milan Gupta took part in the ‘Race for Life’ in Reading. Despite the very hot and humid conditions, the team got through the 5k, with a combination of some serious power walking and jogging.
In total we raised £830 for Cancer Research UK. Partner Rita Gupta stated ‘ We wanted to support this amazing charity, that undertakes such valuable work. Cancer touches so many people’s lives in so many ways, and we were honoured to take part in the event and raise so much money for the charity. Thank you so much for our friends and contacts who sponsored us’.
